Below is a summary of the features available to Group Loop members. It’s free to join, and takes only a minute or two.

My Community

Stay in touch with family and friends and invite them to be a part of your online community. Create a ‘buddy list’ that makes it easy to send messages, check blogs or check profiles and leave messages on the public ‘walls’ of your buddies. Locate others you might be interested in connecting with by using the search feature.

Private Messages

Send, receive and manage messages with your friends. Send out and accept friend requests. Get notifications from your friends and family.

Online Support Group

If you are a teen with cancer, you can join an Online Support Group that meets weekly to connect with other teens going through similar experiences. The group meets in a chat room at a specified time and is facilitated by a trained professional. Each group also has a private discussion board.

Discussion Groups

Connect with other members of Group Loop by participating in our Discussion Groups. These groups are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week and cover a variety of topics. Receive advice, support and offer tips to other people going through similar cancer experiences.

My Blog

Update your friends and family on how you are doing with an easy-to-use, interactive commentary about you! Update your blog regularly with your interests, post pictures, and invite Group Loop friends and family to comment and share in your personal experiences.

My Video Blog

Share your story with others through this creative outlet. This feature provides you with a way to make your YouTube videos available on your blog as well as YouTube so you can share it with your loved ones anywhere, any time.

Instant Messenger

Talk instantly and in real-time with your Group Loop friends in a secure setting. The information that you send and receive remains private and secure within Group Loop.
